Mrs. McPherson grew up as a small town prairie girl from a rural town in Manitoba. She moved to Hinton in her teenage years, graduated from Harry Collinge High School, and returned a few years after she received her Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) and Bachelor of Education (Social Studies) from the University of Alberta. Mrs. McPherson enjoys the outdoors, reading, movies and spending time with family, friends and her many pets.
