I grew up in Edson and found my passion for teaching when I was instructing swimming lessons at Repsol pool. After graduating, I moved to Edmonton, completed my Education degree at the University of Alberta, then made the spontaneous decision to move to the United Kingdom where I started my teaching career! After living in London for three and a half years, most of which was spent teaching at an all boys private school, I decided to move back to Canada - a move I’m grateful for because it means that now I get to teach the amazing kiddos at HCHS! When I’m not teaching ELA, Foods and Wellness, I’m typically at home trying new recipes, spending time outside, going to visit my Mom, Dad and Sister, going to the gym, and planning my next trip to a new country!
